To exercise any of your rights, send an email to our support team. Follow these steps:

Our team will verify your identity and process your request. We may follow up if we need additional information.

Payment records — retained for 7 years (legal/tax obligation)
Anonymised analytics (no personally identifiable information)
End customer booking data — retained for merchant's business records unless the merchant also requests deletion

If you booked an appointment through a Shopify store powered by Tailro, you are a first-party customer of that merchant. In this case:

The merchant is the data controller for your booking data
To exercise your data rights, contact the merchant directly (the business you booked with)
Alternatively, email [email protected] and we will assist you in identifying the correct data controller
